Sorry for interrupting this great topic with a downer like "i can't purchase the movie".

But the plattform doesn´t accept my german credit card.

Is there any chance to include a Paypal option?
I´m sure the additional sales will make up for the extra fees.
And by the way: not everyone has the credit card.

I had an issue I'm unsure if the payment actually went through as well...Teething issue I'm sure, not stressed but cant wait to review it! ... I see a declined and an accepted (i pressed the button twice because it didnt say accepted and take me to another screen it just left me hanging to guess if the transaction happened) on my bank transaction however the bank froze my card for a few moments while they texted me to ensure i made the transaction(?) Curious! - Love this idea though 100%

Same here. I hope Fortnine crew sees this. They are losing money on it. Can't pay with Austrian card, apple pay gets stuck.

It didn't want my Ukrainian cards too, but now it's fine and I finally prepurchased the movie

I was trying to buy the movie using a Finnish credit card. The payment did not get processed, and there also was a purchase confirmation request for a 1 USD payment. It was not clear what the 1 dollar payment was for, so I canceled the purchase.
Somehow that 1 dollar charge was attempted four times, according to my bank, but declined. This might have been because I refreshed the payment page, but it is weird to have such a request for an extra charge in the first place.

Currently the website's payment system and European banks do not seem to support each other. I am looking forward to the movie, but at the moment I will wait for it to be out before attempting a purchase again.

It let me buy it with a Canadian Visa, but I can't watch it; it keeps asking me to buy it again.

Same with my Dutch Visa Creditcard. First it allowed me to "reserve" 1 USD but nothing happend, now it just says "The credit card was declined."

Lots of folk having the same issue as I had in early December.

It's not a Fortnine issue, it'll be your credit card provider's anti-fraud system being triggered by a low value purchase. Low value purchases like these are often used by scammers to "test" stolen credit card details so your CC/bank is highlighting that there might be an issue.

I called my credit card provider, they did a little check with me to confirm that it was a legitimate purchase and then when I returned to the site I was able to purchase without a problem.

same for me. my bank replied that they can't see any transaction requests. so it seems that my bank is not at fault but rather the payment provider is declining my card.

I'm trying to pay with a disposable debit card from a uk bank, and it's being rejected. I'd love to see this movie - I love fortnine. But I might have to pirate it if I can't pay for it on your website. I will find some other way to pay for it - I don't want to steal your work, but your payment system is broken. Perhaps a youtube membership to your channel? Patreon?

Yep, same issue here with Australian ANZ Visa card. (Your card has been decline) Tried purchase price of $15 but still no good. And apparently my Bank doesn't have a minimum.
Surely this must be costing Fortnine Thousands.
PayPal is surely the Answer.
